I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mr. Kazu. From start to finish, everything was punctual, professional, and incredibly well done. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how much time and care he put into every step. He regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with the haircut, showed me the progress in the mirror, and was more than happy to make any adjustments or tweaks. Nothing felt rushed, and he genuinely wanted to make sure I left completely satisfied.

From the haircut and traditional shave to the facial care, massage, and final styling, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing and luxurious. You can tell he takes great pride in his craft. It was Japanese precision and hospitality at its finest. If you’re ever in Ho Chi Minh City, this is absolutely an experience worth having. I’ll definitely be coming back to Mr. Kazu on my next visit!
