Some saved hair images use filters, editing or unusually controlled lighting. Before using one to choose a perm, identify the physical feature you want rather than expecting the entire image effect.
What to discuss
Look for a normal front, side and back view. Ask whether the reference clearly shows the hairline and the connection between sections. If the photograph obscures those areas, use a second reference for the missing information rather than guessing the cut.
Plan your appointment
A photograph cannot establish the model’s treatment history or which technique created the movement. Ryunosuke or Rika should assess your own hair before recommending an iron or another perm. Explain previous bleach and chemical work; iron perms are not recommended on bleached hair. Agree on a real-world finish and the routine needed to maintain it.
