A useful iron perm consultation includes the possibility of choosing another approach. At HIROGINZA Sydney, the goal is a workable hairstyle for your actual hair, rather than treating a perm request as a reason to proceed automatically.
Give the barber enough history
Describe bleach, colour, straightening and previous perms, including approximate dates where possible. Show the hair as it behaves in everyday use. We do not recommend iron perms on bleached hair. A picture of a preferred finish cannot override the need to assess length, condition and the work already on your hair.
Ask for a practical alternative
If chemical work is unsuitable, ask what a haircut and a different finishing routine could improve now. Discuss which sections to preserve while growing the hair, and what you can realistically maintain at home. An alternative plan should explain its limits rather than promise the same result without the original service.
Clarify the booking before work begins
Ask what service will actually be performed, how it will be priced and whether the reserved time needs to change. The advertised perm course starts at AUD250 including haircut and shaving, but that does not establish a price for every alternative appointment. Both Ryunosuke and Rika can discuss the next step.
